Cohort 7 Digital Health Leadership Programme – Senior Sponsor survey

All applicants for the Digital Health Leadership Programme will be required to identify and secure a Senior Sponsor. A Senior Sponsor is someone who can endorse an initial application and is also committed to supporting a successful applicant throughout their time on the programme. More details can be found on our website about the role and responsibilities of a Senior Sponsor. 

As a Sponsor you will be required to endorse the application of the individual you are sponsoring by completing this short Senior Sponsor survey. 

All Senior Sponsor surveys must be submitted by the application deadline – 23:59 29 April 2024. 

Any applicant that has been unable to secure Senior Sponsor support (via a completed survey) will have their application rejected.
