Introduction
As part of the foundation training year programme being delivered by Health Education England (HEE), we are offering all trainee pharmacists access to an online e-portfolio system.
As an Education Programme Director (previously Pre-registration manager) for a trainee pharmacist(s), we require you to sign up to HEE's privacy notice and provide us with your details so we can set you up correctly in the e-portfolio system and send you your log-in details and provide training and support on the system.
You will need to know the GPhC pre-entry number for all trainee pharmacists and their supervisors that you are responsible for overseeing in order to complete this survey.
