NHSE ACP Application - North East & Yorkshire Faculty for Advancing Practice 2024/25

NHS England (NHSE) provides funding and support to develop trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs). Please ensure you read the guidance document for your ICB (below) before you apply.

Please ensure that:

• The application is completed in full – incomplete applications will not be accepted.
• The application is completed by a single contact from each employer to lead on the ACP process to sign off applications from service areas and act as a key liaison for all enquiries relating to ACPs. If multiple applications are submitted, they must be approved by the same lead contact.

The deadline to submit applications is Friday 29th March 2024, although the faculty may later accept applications subject to capacity. 

Please complete a new form for each different role and different service area.

Once this application form is submitted, you must submit the accompanying trainee ACP job description(s) to:

OR North east and north Cumbria: england.advancedpractice.ne@nhs.net

Please quote your receipt number when you submit your job description email. 

Your application will be reviewed by the North East and Yorkshire Faculty for Advancing Practice and you will then be informed of the outcome via email.

Please note that the Faculty for Advancing Practice have a maximum number of applications which they can approve. Once at capacity we will continue to accept applications and a waiting list system will be put in place.
