Welcome to the School of Radiology teaching/event feedback survey.
The information you provide in this survey will be used for three purposes:
- To maintain an attendance log, and reasons for non-attendance, which will inform the ARCP process.
- To provide anonymised feedback for discussion by the School, to ensure that programmes are developed to deliver sessions appropriate to the School's curriculum needs
- To provide speakers with anonymised feedback for their own appraisals and development
